Amazing episode!
I’d never heard of Grothendieck, but Steve & Bob do an excellent job breaking down his contributions for us non-mathematicians.
Well, I’ve mangled a couple dozen beach balls now, and I’ll be damned if I can pull that reversal trick thingy.
I looked up a video on it and I am likewise flummoxed.
